The company KARL STORZ has kindly provided AGA-ENT with funds to advertise AGA-ENT – KARL STORZ fellowships. The main aim of these fellowships is to give young, trained surgeons a chance to make a difference and work with us and KARL STORZ to improve surgical care and clinical outcomes globally. Successful applicants will train local staff in Indonesia, India, Tanzania, Ghana et al. for around 2 weeks, using the equipment kindly donated by the company KARL STORZ to district general hospitals in these countries. This will ensure the sustainability of the investment and nurture the relationship between the project partners with the overall aim to improve surgical outcomes locally.
